Director of Analytics

Literacy Achieves celebrates its 25th year of Changing Lives Through Literacy and seeks a Director of Analytics to continue to support its mission and growth.

The mission of Literacy Achieves is to equip non-English speaking adults and their young children with English literacy and life skills to promote self-sufficiency and the overall well-being of our students, their families, and the greater community.


  • In partnership with CEO, collaborate in identification of key outcome metrics, evaluation reports, and other documents related to program trends, evaluation, performance and tracking
  • Lead efforts to design, maintain, and enhance data collection and reporting across all program areas including adults, children and volunteers
  • Lead efforts to design, implement and support databases for all programs (currently Salesforce)
  • Develop interfaces to facilitate data entry, data analysis and generation of reports across all program areas
  • Develop data cleaning methods to perform quality control on data collected across all programs
  • Prepare and present routine data summary and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide data and database-related training, technical assistance and user support to staff and other key stakeholders
  • Develop and support online surveys to assess program impact and track program outcomes
  • Develop and implement trainings, and provide ongoing support for staff and volunteers for all program-related technology applications including classroom and computer lab equipment, educational software programs, and online learning resources
  • Ensure teacher resources are routinely updated on organization’s website
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvement and best practices for all areas of program data management 
  • Assist/Prepare/Submit grant reports
  • Administer all aspects of Salesforce configuration and integrated applications
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends in adult education through professional development
  • Support student and volunteer events
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Demonstrated commitment to mission and core values of changing lives through literacy
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, database design concepts, and data quality control methods
  • Knowledge of education evaluation methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to train adults with patience and respect within culturally diverse settings
  • High-level proficiency in all MS Office Applications, Form Assembly
  • Ability to work with survey monkey or other online survey tools
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and document work
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High standards of performance, quality, credibility and integrity


Literacy Achieves offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a generous PTO plan, retirement benefits, medical, and dental insurance. The salary range for the Director of Analytics role is $60,000 - $70,000.
