Effective immediately, all on-site, in-person programming is suspended indefinitely and all of our program/campus staff will be working remotely from their homes until further notice. However, please continue to reach out to us with questions, ideas, or simple greetings to let us know how you are doing. We love to hear from you!

Dear Literacy Achieves Community,

As you know, next week is Spring Break week (March 16-20), and there are no scheduled program activities. Our staff members who are not on vacation will have the option of working from home.

We have decided to suspend programming for at least one additional week (March 23-27), so there will be no classes for at least the next two weeks. We will plan to provide daily online resources on our website, so that our students may continue learning at home. Updates will be provided on our student page: http://literacyachieves.org/student-updates

We will not resume programming until it is safe and clear to do so. We will also ensure all of our facilities are deeply cleaned prior to resuming classes.

We will continue to keep you updated via email, text and our website www.LiteracyAchieves.org. Please feel free to contact me our your Program Manager directly with any questions or concerns.

In the meantime, please be safe and take all recommended precautions. We are grateful for all that you do!

Dear Students,

I just want to take a moment to thank everyone for remaining calm as concerns about COVID-19 continue to mount and hit closer to home. We do have open lines of communication with local (city and county) health officials and will follow all recommended precautions. At this time, we have no plans to cancel any programs or activities. In the event that we do cancel anything, we will notify everyone via email, text and website.

In the meantime, we have posted the information in the link below at all campuses, and ensured that we are on top of cleaning, sanitizing, and hand washing. We ask that you please stay home if you are feeling ill (this is always true, not just at this time), and please let us know if you are unable to make it to your class or activity.

We will continue to keep you informed of any cancellations or new developments. Please contact me if you have any further questions or concerns.

As always, thank you for all you do to Change Lives Through Literacy!

With gratitude,
